5. Fees and payment
Fees are due as stated in your invoice or service agreement. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
6. Intellectual property
Software, designs, templates, documentation, and other materials we create remain our intellectual property unless expressly assigned in writing.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will safeguard confidential information. Personal and financial data is handled according to applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
Services may integrate with software providers, banking partners, or payment processors. Their availability and separate terms remain their responsibility.
9. Warranty and liability
Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
10. Term, disputes, and changes
These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version.
